Welcome to our Engineering Library feedback loops. It is a location where all consumer feedback will be addressed. It is your voice, our commitment. We’d like to invite you along on our journey towards a library service with the user at its heart.

On these pages, we’ll reflect on what you are telling us about our service, share what we’re trying out to improve it, and invite you to get involved. That could be as simple as submitting feedback on our webpage, or as involved as co-creating service improvements. Or, of course, you could comment on this blog! While you’re here, why not subscribe? There will be something interesting to read at least once a month.

Occasionally we’ll share interesting topic from fields such as service design, user experience, or quality improvement. We’ll explore how insights from these and other fields may be used to inform our work at USM Engineering Library, embracing a questioning mindset.
